Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Expert to join our team at HireGenie. As a key member of our Finance and Accounts Department, you will be responsible for maintaining sets of accounting records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing full sets of general ledger accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for companies within our portfolio.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations.
  • Reconcile GSTR 2A, 26AS, and revenue on a quarterly basis.
  • Participate in month-end finance closing activities and support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.


Requirements:

* Inter CA with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
* Experience in managing full sets of general ledger accounts is a must.
* Ability to work independently under tight time schedules and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
