Financial Manager

The primary responsibility of the Accountant is to manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

- Support internal controls and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in financial management and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Proficiency with accounting software to streamline financial tasks and improve productivity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
