About the Role

The Fabric Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of fabrics to meet our sales objectives. This involves coordinating with factories, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Execute and coordinate all incoming and outgoing orders (Sales and Purchase orders) accurately and on time">
  • Monitor fabric inventory/Stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment">
  • Conduct regular visits to mills, production facilities, and printing units to oversee the production process">
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal team members and external production vendors">
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and quality control metrics">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric merchandising or a similar role within the textile industry">
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively">
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of fabrics, their properties, and applications">
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and reporting">
  • Proficiency in using merchandising and inventory management software">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively">
