As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing international tax advisory services to clients. Your expertise in cross-border structuring, withholding tax, and permanent establishment assessments will be crucial in helping us achieve our business goals.

We are looking for someone who can ensure technically sound, compliant, and commercially viable solutions for our clients. Your ability to lead and coordinate tax planning strategies and risk mitigation assignments will be highly valued.

You will also assist clients with managing tax litigation, audits, and inquiries across jurisdictions, while evaluating ongoing compliance with local and international tax regulations. Additionally, you will review key tax processes and recommend improvements, as well as identify opportunities for automation and digital integration to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Developing and sustaining long-term client relationships is essential, and you will consistently deliver high-quality service, proactive communication, and strategic insights. You will also participate in scoping, solutioning, and pricing discussions to identify opportunities to extend services to existing clients.

Finally, you will mentor, guide, and manage team members, fostering a culture of learning and quality by delivering training and supervising deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Direct Tax Compliance Management, Internal Tax, and FEMA Advisories.
  • Good writing and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic IT applications like MS Office and Tally.
