Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Promote the utilization of our digitized platform and communicate its benefits and convenience to clients.
  • Drive adoption by assisting with downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.
  • Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate changes on the App, and ensure timely notifications and banner displays.
  • Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks on LENS, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service. Gather feedback from employees and clients regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Oversee cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to OSPs.
  • Inspect work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal. Maintain HSE and temperature records, reporting any variances.
