Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled School Relationship Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools.

  • Approach schools and present proposals to the management or concerned department;
  • Arrange demonstrations and handle all documentation work until completion, including signing up contracts;
  • Maintain and report on the status of schools on a daily basis;
  • Prepare and submit pre- and post-visit reports to the line manager;
  • Collate data on assigned schools;
  • Maintain strong after-sales relations with school customers and profile schools (collecting pertinent information).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Relevant experience working with schools or educational institutions;
  • Knowledge of education policies and procedures;
  • Experience in sales or business development.
