This freelance opportunity focuses on advanced AI projects, requiring expertise in Salesforce and collaboration with specialists. The role involves working on complex projects, contributing to the development of AI models, and shaping the future of technology.

About the Role

As a freelancer, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data preparation, transformation, and uploading synthetic datasets. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with other professionals.

  • Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them;
  • Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.;
  • Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning;
  • Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.);
  • Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes.
Requirements

To qualify for this freelance opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in any field;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce;
  • Have an advanced level of English (C1 or higher);
  • Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
