Project Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled project management specialist with expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a project management specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in managing projects using Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier, with a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, including Primavera P6 Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Primavera P6/Unifier to meet project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies, including Earned Value Management (EVM), contract cash flow, drawing inspection, quality risk claim payment application user administrator management, and modules.
  • Prepare requirement gathering documents, business blueprint meeting UAT meeting, and conduct training on Primavera P6 EPPM implemented module.
  • Design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Unifier primarily in developing additional User Defined Reports (UDRs) and custom reports with Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
  • Work with teams to create complex SQL queries, write backend database table structure, and generate reports.
  • Manage change management and supply chain processes, prepare Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project schedules, and implement P6 Mobility.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management using Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, including Primavera P6 Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics.
  • Experience in cost management, EVM, contract cash flow, drawing inspection, quality risk claim payment application user administrator management, and modules.
  • Knowledge of creating work breakdown structure, WBS level, updating actuals, scheduling controlling monitoring status periodically.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries, design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Unifier.

Preferred Skills:

  • Primavera P6 webservices and APIs.
  • Backend database table structure to fetch reports data for Primavera P6 tools.
  • General change management and supply chain process knowledge.
  • P6 Mobility knowledge.
