Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Pre-Sales Coordinator to join our team at Damodar Paper. As a Sales Pre-Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing leads, communicating with clients, and coordinating administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales leads from initial contact to conversion into opportunities
2. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and client presentations to showcase our products and services
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on order status
4. Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and reports to inform business decisions
5. Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including after-sales service
6. Ensure effective communication between internal teams and clients to drive business growth

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and reports
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Prior experience in sales coordination or pre-sales role is highly desirable
