We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including recruitment, sourcing, and relationship management.

Job Scope:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and the capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A long-term commitment is preferred.

Candidates must have a deep understanding of the US market, including benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and related work laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Hands-on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in the US Staffing.
  • MSP/VMS Experience: Relevant working experience with MSP/VMS based clients or Direct Clients.
  • Sourcing Techniques: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including web search and social networking opportunities.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing and screening candidates using job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.
  • Recruiting Tools: Experience using recruiting tools.
  • Job Analysis: Review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand position needs and technical skills required.
  • Independence: Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Relationship Building: Create strong relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
  • ATS Management: Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
