We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join our team at 544 FLSmidth Private Limited. As a key member of our Intelligent Automation - COE department, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for Identifying, understanding, and designing business processes for automation. You will set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. Your expertise in RPA technologies, preferably with Automation Anywhere A360, will enable us to enhance our company performance and stay ahead in the industry.

Your primary goal will be to Develop and deliver projects in time and with quality, while ensuring the project scope and specifications are intact. You will also participate in POCs to explore how GenAI can be applied to enhance our company performance. Your strong leadership skills, creativity, and drive for change will be instrumental in fulfilling our goal of Mission Zero – enabling our customers to move towards zero emissions in mining and cement.

To succeed in this role, you will need a University Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. Advanced or Master certification in RPA technologies is highly preferred. With overall 8 to 10 years of experience in developing automation solutions using RPA/Python/ML, you will possess strong software development skills in Python, and/or other languages. Your understanding of data structures, algorithms, ML model validation, and software engineering principles will enable you to create high-quality code and follow best practices in software development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
