We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Accounting to join our organization. In this role, you will oversee all financial accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing and enhancing the financial reporting process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.">
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, as well as create accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.">
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.">
  • Leadership: Lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks.">

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. They will also possess proven leadership abilities, team management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will work closely with senior management to provide insights and support decision-making. You will analyze financial data, manage accounting records, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10-15 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a C.A. degree. Experience working on SAP and handling large amounts of data is also essential.
