Job Overview

The Interior Projects Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and communication of interior projects. This key position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of project processes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review project quotes, BOQs, and budgets to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Monitor design changes and update project documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to maintain open communication channels.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation for easy accessibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for settlement post-project completion.
  • Conduct thorough budget analyses for all projects to guarantee costs remain within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and executives as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields, along with a strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are essential. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred but not mandatory.
