Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Product Design Strategist to join our team, focusing on AI Training initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy and vision for sales teams to learn and practice through AI-powered simulations and feedback. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design user experiences that drive measurable results for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define the user experience, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept to delivery.
  • Think innovatively to maintain a competitive edge in AI training design.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage your expertise to create scalable solutions that meet complex customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design and AI developments.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience designing for AI-driven products.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Bonus: Experience with designing for learning and development platforms is a plus.
  • A link to your portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
