Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements for diverse clients.
  • Oversee large, medium-scale multi-location assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Aid in business development and client portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, working on multiple assignments simultaneously, and navigating ambiguity with ease.
  • Lead a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality work.
  • Contribute to the career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to optimize audit staff deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to navigate complex global business environments. Familiarity with Quality and Risk Management procedures is essential.
