\Strategic Commercial Lead

This role requires a seasoned professional to drive commercial growth and profitability. As a Strategic Commercial Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with business objectives.

\Job Description

The key areas of focus for this role include:

\
  • Commercial Performance & Controls: Develop and implement effective commercial controls to ensure data-driven decision-making and achievement of key KPIs.\
  • Customer Credit Risk Management: Ensure adequate credit management processes balancing controls with growth objectives, monitor receivables ageing, analyze payment trends, and proactively identify risk exposures.\
  • Scheme Management: Oversee the effective implementation of schemes and discounts, drive standardization in policies and procedures, and review discounts/schemes effectiveness to deliver growth objectives.\
  • New Initiatives: Lead the commercial setup for new sales formats, models, and channels, including digital and transformation initiatives.\\

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • CA/MBA with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/FMEG industry.\
  • Ability to merge domain knowledge with business requirements.\
  • Strong customer management and risk evaluation experience.\
  • Stakeholder management.\\
