Job Summary:

This is a Project Manager position that oversees all phases of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include developing project work plans, schedules, and milestones; providing regular updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to address project challenges and conflicts promptly are essential for this role.

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • Handle all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for construction projects.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
  • Maintain strict control over project costs and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
