The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, compliance with regulations, and high customer satisfaction.
This role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee SEZ compliance and documentation for the facility.
- Manage fixed assets, including asset tracking, audits, and record maintenance.
- Ensure Archer tool compliance for facility operations.
- Oversee housekeeping, cafeteria operations, help desk services, and other soft services to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage PR/PO processes and maintain strong procurement connections.
- Liaise with the finance team for invoicing, billing verification, and timely payments.
- Coordinate secure airport transfers and office transfers for visitors.
- Administer duty of care programs for employees.
- Oversee car lease arrangements and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support ISO compliance for facility and operational processes.
- Maintain secure ground transport arrangements and adhere to safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related queries and escalations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in SEZ or corporate environments.
- Knowledge of ISO standards secured ground transport, and travel management will be an added advantage.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
