Industrial Automation Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Automation Trainer to lead hands-on and theoretical training sessions on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training programs for professionals across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on Industrial Automation, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Develop training material, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, and incorporate them into training modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of training, mentoring, or technical teaching in industrial automation and validation.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory standards and quality management systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation) or related field.
