Windchill PLM Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Windchill PLM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
  • Configure and customize Windchill according to business requirements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data management and system security.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.
