  • Daily Revenue Verification: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis and Audit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for verifying daily revenue from all revenue-generating departments, including rooms, food and beverage, banquet, and spa.
  • Cash and Credit Transaction Auditing: You will audit cash, credit card, and other payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Room Charges Review: Review room charges, adjustments, and discounts for accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare daily revenue reports detailing income, expenses, and variances.
  • Weekly and Monthly Statements: Compile weekly and monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile guest ledger accounts and accounts receivable balances.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Auditing Techniques: Proficiency in financial auditing techniques and procedures.
  • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Communication: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
