As a Lead AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools. You will also implement scalable Reasoning Augmented Graph (RAG) architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases, work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize LLM pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.
  • Implement scalable RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.
  • Build and maintain agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.
  • Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and infrastructure teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or Natural Language Processing (NLP). They should also have strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks, solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering, experience working with knowledge graphs, and familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
