Sales Design Manager

As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and design processes, as well as operational communication.

You will manage a team of designers, guiding them to achieve predictable sales and design output. Your task will also include collaborating with category teams to gather market feedback and maintaining customer experience and relationships.

  • Help partners achieve higher conversion rates through sales funnel management.
  • Manage designing 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Oversee work output of partner and team for 5 stores.
  • Assist in hiring designers by conducting technical interviews.

You will guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
