We are seeking a skilled Device Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and experience working with embedded systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software algorithms for devices with Non-Volatile memories.
  • Analyse support requests to assess feasibility and identify necessary electrical and software requirements.
  • Collaborate with the QA and software teams on unique testing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues found by QA or customers.
  • Maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturer engineers and contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficient in C/C++/Assembly languages, Python.
  • Familiarity with EPROM, Flash, Microcontrollers, and PLDs.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, JTAG.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with efficient issue resolution.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
