We're looking for a skilled Social Media Designer to help us create engaging content for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Content: Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for our social media platforms.
  • Maintain Brand Guidelines: Ensure consistency in our brand's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Transform Complex Data: Turn complex financial information into easy-to-understand narratives through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Support Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Assist in the creation of motion graphics and video editing for our reels and other social media content.
  • Optimize Performance: Analyze performance metrics to inform design decisions and optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Manage Design Assets: Maintain a clean and searchable library of design files and templates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech preferred).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere skills for motion.
  • Communication: Ability to turn numbers into clean and digestible graphics.
  • Creativity: Solid understanding of typography and layout fundamentals.
  • Linguistics: Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts.
