Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of IT experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of operational workflows and processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to quickly learn new applications and systems
  • Experience working with non-clinical systems, such as HVAC, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with at least one of the following applications: Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), or Trane/TracerEnsemble
