About the Role

In this opportunity, you will work with application teams to manage and support applications into production, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

You will be responsible for continuous improvement to an on-going support model, including release and change management for maintaining the strategic environments.

Additionally, you will provide well-written documentation and technical presentations on projects supported by the team, and provide problem management services by utilizing diagnostic and debugging tools to aid in troubleshooting efforts.

Coordination of application monitoring, establishment of support documentation, and provision of training on products and procedures will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

About You

You're a fit for this role if you have 3-4 years of experience in an enterprise-level operations support role, SRE, or TechOps role.

Working knowledge of infrastructure components, expertise in observability and monitoring tools, and deep understanding of Application performance monitoring (APM) and user monitoring are essential requirements.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), experience with Load balancers and AWS services, and sound knowledge of ITSM process, SI/SLO/SLA management, incident resolution, and automation techniques are also necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

Desired

Working knowledge of Windows Servers and Linux platforms, proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, and basic understanding of network and database technologies are desirable.

Good to have any AWS Certification.
