Senior AI Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Developer to join our global team of innovators.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge machine learning models for various business applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
  • Built and maintain highly scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to integrate AI solutions into real-world products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployments using MLOps practices and best-in-class tools.
  • Apply advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization to optimize model performance.
  • Contribute to research initiatives, adopting the latest innovations in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably with strong programming expertise in Python and popular frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using industry-standard tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms, containerization, and orchestration, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with real-time/streaming data processing technologies like Kafka, Spark Streaming.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
