Process Improvement Project Lead

The Associate Manager is responsible for leading strategic process improvement projects, deploying techniques to optimize facility utilization, organize workflow, and collaborate with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.
Key responsibilities include facilitating groups and individuals across all functions to identify quality improvement projects, communicating with teams on project progress, and implementing best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, be a fast learner, and self-motivated with high discipline. They should also possess strong facilitation skills, analytical techniques, and ability to understand data and create analysis.
Proficient in various tools such as Kanban, 5S, visual management, Poka-Yoke methods, VSM, pull systems, etc. Good command of spoken and written English is required.
Key Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or equivalent related field.
- Overall experience of 4 to 7 years, out of which three (3) or more years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Two years of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
- Ability to demonstrate proven team leadership skills and influence others at all levels of an organization.
