Lead Frontend Developer

Our team is seeking a seasoned frontend lead with deep expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of highly responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

  • Leads frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
  • Collaborates closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drives best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Overses state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Ensures frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.
  • Provides technical leadership, mentors frontend developers, and conducts code reviews.
  • Stays current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establishes design standards and enforces coding practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
