Overview:

NGO PARTNERS is seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and direction of the organization. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting, providing accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management, ensuring the company’s financial resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, helping the executive team make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintaining the highest level of transparency and accountability in all financial matters.
  • Manage relationships with financial stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other key partners.
  • Optimize the company’s capital structure, ensuring the best possible return on investment and minimizing financial risk.
  • Implement financial controls and processes, ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial data and systems.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Present financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing clear and concise information on the company’s financial performance.
  • Drive mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Participate in high-level strategic planning and decision-making, providing financial expertise and guidance to inform key business decisions.
  • Oversee tax planning and strategy, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations and identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Manage investor relations, providing regular updates and insights on the company’s financial performance and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA or CFA certification, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance position, with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, with the ability to ensure the company’s financial activities are always in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent strategic planning and leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate the finance team to achieve their full potential.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial analysis and forecasting, with the ability to provide accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial stakeholders and other key partners.
  • Proven ability to drive results and make sound financial decisions, with a strong understanding of financial risks and opportunities.
  • Experience in corporate finance and capital management, with the ability to optimize the company’s capital structure and minimize financial risk.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software, with the ability to implement financial controls and processes that ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data and systems.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial stakeholders and other key partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing business landscape.
  • Indepth knowledge of tax planning and strategies, with the ability to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations and identify opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Experience in presenting to executive boards and investors, with the ability to provide clear and concise information on the company’s financial performance and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth, with a strong understanding of the importance of financial analysis and forecasting in informing business decisions.
