Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support enterprise data platform operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities, building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights, and supporting FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive FinOps initiatives and cloud cost optimization.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation efforts.
  • Assist in the lifecycle management of IT platform products.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.
