About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in India. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will partner closely with our development and QA team members to deliver high-performing digital products while adhering to quality metrics, timelines, and budgets.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, technical project management, and extensive experience working with cross-functional digital teams. Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools is essential. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional development on new features from design through to delivery for mobile and web applications, developing and championing processes for efficiency and scale in our organization, and ensuring business requirements are converted to technical tasks by the development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional development on new features from design through to delivery for mobile and web applications
  • Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
  • Ensure business requirements are converted to technical tasks by the development team
  • Deliver releases in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with leadership on status, schedule, risk, and change control
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital project management and agile methodologies

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' of experience in technical project management
  • 5+ years' experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress. Advanced Jira and Confluence experience required (certifications a plus)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), are highly desirable
