Job Title: Senior Security Professional

As a senior security professional, you will be responsible for leading our organization's cybersecurity efforts and ensuring the protection of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Incident Response:
    • Respond to and manage security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
    • Lead teams to investigate and contain security incidents.
  • Security Solutions Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the lifecycle of security solutions, including deployment, operation, maintenance, and retirement.
    • Ensure that security solutions are properly configured and maintained to protect against emerging threats.
  • Threat and Vulnerability Identification and Mitigation:
    • Identify and evaluate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified security risks.
  • Collaboration with IT Teams:
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure that security solutions are integrated into existing infrastructure and systems.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams to ensure that security best practices are followed.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
    • Relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and technologies.
    • Experience with threat and vulnerability management, incident response, and security solution lifecycle management.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Competencies:
  • Knowledge of information technology operation (e.g., cloud, data, system, application, and infrastructure).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity assessment (e.g., security audit, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity product (e.g., End-Point Solution (EDR), WAF, DLP, SIEM, SOAR).
  • Knowledge of market best practice and framework (e.g., ITIL, ISO, PCI-DSS, NIST).
  • Certification in cybersecurity is an advantage (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO Lead Auditor, CEH).
