Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a visionary product designer with an unwavering commitment to user-centered design principles. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within our platform.

This position is ideal for individuals who can define the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into the platform, while collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of design patterns, and be able to create best-in-class experiences across various user journeys that are part of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Process Leadership: Lead the design process for AI-powered features from concept to delivery, defining user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
  • AI Enhancement: Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills, particularly in designing AI products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete information confidently.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt.
