Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java and React developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, as well as proven experience in React JS for front-end development.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a real impact, with a flexible hybrid work environment and rotational shifts.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build cutting-edge software solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Development: Build scalable and maintainable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.

2. Microservices Development: Develop and support microservices for seamless system integration.

3. Front-End Development: Design dynamic, user-friendly interfaces with React JS.

4. Database Management: Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and integration.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

6. Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure code quality, performance, and security through peer reviews.

7. Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues during the development lifecycle.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest tech trends and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

1. Core Java expertise (OOP, multi-threading, memory management).

2. Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

3. Proficiency in React JS and front-end development.

4. Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

5. Experience with API design, version control (Git), and Agile.

6. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

7. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
