We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and take on the challenge of designing and implementing a sophisticated AI-driven sales and lead generation workflow. This project aims to automate the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach, empowering our sales team with a powerful engine.

Responsibilities:
  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building an end-to-end workflow in n8n, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  2. They will integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster).
  3. Implementation of robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow is also expected.
  4. The successful candidate will craft necessary expressions and light code (if needed in the Function node) to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  5. Collaboration with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs is essential.
  6. Clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance is required.
Requirements:
  • n8n Expertise: The candidate must have demonstrable experience building complex workflows in n8n. Examples of past projects are expected.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth) is necessary.
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 (or similar) into automated workflows is essential.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment is required.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions is crucial.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy is necessary.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with sales/marketing automation is a plus.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas is a desirable skill.
