Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Paradigm Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for participating in sales activities and events, and assisting the Sales Manager in achieving the forecasted room revenues in accommodation and other revenue generation areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budget targets and increase revenue.
  • Sell all facets of the resort and cross-sell other Mundra Group properties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industries, and other key accounts.
  • Convert sales leads into new business opportunities.
  • Handle accounts and prospects jointly with senior positions.
  • Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend regular meetings and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a similar background.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality in a similar position.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
