Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing invoices and e-way bills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word, as well as prior experience in accounting. You will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally, including sales and purchase entries, journals, and ledgers.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Invoice/E-Way Bill Preparation: Prepare invoices and e-way bills for clients.
  • Monthly Closings: Support monthly closings, including GST/TDS data preparation and coordination with the auditor.
  • MIS Reports: Prepare basic MIS reports in Excel and maintain documentation in Word.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word.
  • Prior experience in accounting (hands-on).
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and good communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).
