DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SRE Concepts, SRE DevOps and a strong understanding of the SRE Work Model.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of SRE practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Provide expertise in SRE Concepts to improve system scalability and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address potential system failures.
  • Optimize system performance through continuous analysis and improvement of infrastructure.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of systems by implementing appropriate controls and measures.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of system performance and reliability metrics.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Possess a deep understanding of SRE Concepts and their practical application.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SRE DevOps practices and tools.
  • Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in such environments.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of optimizing system performance and reliability.
  • Be familiar with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
