Job Overview :

About the Role : We seek a passionate SDE2 Mobile Engineer with strong Flutter expertise to design and build robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences on both platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging user experiences, incorporating best practices in mobile architecture and state management.
  • Optimize apps for performance, achieving smooth animations and minimal load times through clean code and efficient development workflows.
  • Take ownership of features, driving them from development to production while adhering to quality standards through code reviews and continuous integration.
  • Contribute to and help shape the product vision, bringing innovative ideas and solutions that enhance development productivity and product quality.
  • Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years working with Flutter.
  • Proven track record of building and launching products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter Widgets, state management solutions, and mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party SDK integration, and Firebase services.
  • Knowledge of the full mobile development lifecycle, including App Store and Play Store submission processes.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
  • Growth mindset, passion for learning, and proactive attitude towards solving new challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively in agile team-oriented environments.
