Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerMain Responsibilities:
  1. Exceptional Autocad knowledge and drafting skills
  2. Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations
  3. Knowledge about interior elements and building structures
  4. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes
  5. Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup
  6. Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts
  7. Preparing BOQ
  8. Site Visits
  9. Site measurements
  10. Ensure quality of design Timeline management
  11. Draft Layouts
  12. Extreme attention to detail
  13. Should possess good communication and presentation skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ year's professional experience on commercial and hospitality interiors.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding high-quality design
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials,
  • Understanding of technical drawings
  • Drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad
  • Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel
  • Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max
