Lead Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the development and launch of innovative debit card products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue and optimize cost through strategic product propositions and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to meet customer needs and maximize spends on debit cards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build new use cases and drive business growth.
  • Track key metrics such as spends, activation, retention, and attrition to inform product decisions.
  • Leverage big data and AI to conceptualize targeted interventions and programs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • Construct long-term visions for customer and business needs.
  • SOURCE and manage alliances with merchants, card networks, and fintechs.
  • Understand solutioning and internal system architecture to build user journeys and product features.
  • Manage product marketing campaigns via push, email, SMS, and owned/paid media.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management at leading consumer banks.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and drive product decisions based on numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product visions and negotiate complex topics.
  • A working knowledge of SQL, databases (MS Access), and MS Office for day-to-day analysis and tracking.
  • Experience in payments products/card products and understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
  • A full-time Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School majoring in Finance/Marketing/Management/Business Administration.
