About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-caliber IT professionals for positions across the United States. As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities, utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions.
  • Conducting interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to refine job requirements and responsibilities.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Managing and coordinating all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiating offers and closing candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based positions.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and social media for recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with US labor laws and work authorization requirements.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Valid US work authorization.
  • Professional certification in recruitment or HR (optional).

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
