Monitor applications and infrastructure for an IoT solution to proactively detect problems from a central location. Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, and incident response on the system, escalate to the next level, and track problems through to resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Documenting and reporting incidents
