Job Description

Job Title: Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to join our team at Telescopp. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to protect our organization's assets and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate risks and threats
  • Lead incident response efforts to minimize the impact of security breaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains strong
  • Provide expert guidance and training to our security team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in security, preferably in the energy industry
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST 800 series and ISO 27000 series
  • Experience with malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-recognized certifications in security, such as CISSP or CEH
  • Experience with cloud security platforms, such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of advanced threat techniques and tactics, including MITRE ATT&CK
