About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Management Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex data systems that meet the needs of our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration: Develop system integrations and process automation to create seamless data flows between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs, and ACLs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • ServiceNow Administration: Administer ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and Security Operations.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Create cross-platform API integrations to connect disparate systems and applications.
  • Development and Maintenance: Design, code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Master's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field OR Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field OR Diploma and 7 to 9 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: 6+ years of deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development in two or more products; strong understanding of user-centered design and building scalable, high-performing web and mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform; scripting skills in Python, Bash, or other programming languages; working in an Agile environment.
