IIB Integration Specialist

Seeking a skilled IIB developer to join our middleware team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  • Develop and maintain message flows, ESQL, JavaCompute nodes, and other integration components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware and integration components.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions.
  • Document design, development, and operational procedures.
  • Work with other middleware technologies and tools as needed (e.g., MQ, REST/SOAP services).
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Support production deployments and provide post-deployment support.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. Experience with WebSphere MQ (MQ Series) and messaging concepts, familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services, understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns are essential for this role.
