Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing and quality assurance for OTT platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for OTT platforms.
  • Test video streaming workflows, including encoding, packaging, and delivery.
  • Validate content delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing.
  • Identify and document defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the OTT or media streaming industry.
  • Familiarity with European (CET) time zone.
  • Understanding of video streaming protocols (HLS, DASH).
  • Experience testing on multiple devices and platforms.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.

You should also have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
