Senior Manager Data Analytics Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Data Analytics team and shape how data informs decisions across Fulfillment & Logistics. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation at scale by owning the end-to-end supply planning cycle and collaborating with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.

  • Owning the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns.
  • Collaborating with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity for timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Leading seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, and manpower planning.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics projects that drive measurable business impact.
